Refund policy

We always hope you love your pieces from SSB but understand if you need to exchange any items!!

Sunset Soul only accepts exchanges or store credit of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no perfume scent, no smoke smell, no pet hair, no makeup stains, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 21 days (3 weeks) from the date your order was delivered. Exchanges or store credit can only be made if requested and still available. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned, and neither can any of these items listed: 

  • Swim
  • Jewelry
  • Hosiery

The customer is responsible for the exchange/return shipping costs.

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges on any items.

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact sunsetsoulboutique@gmail.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and cannot be returned.
  • Defective merchandise items will be processed back on your original form of payment.

Once we receive your defective return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, sent to your order's email address.

Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed— you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
